Description: The design is composed of three sections, each featuring a different principal motif: a qilin, a carp and a phoenix. A golden sun appears on the left. The main stitching techniques used are satin and couching. Interlink stitches are also used. Some fine details are rendered using seed or chain stitches. The ground fabric is of red silk satin and the back lining is plain woven cotton fabric.
